Katie, after an intense tickling treatment, is locked in a cell, for the second time she tries to escape, although this time she manages to leave the asylum, she is intercepted on the street by the obsessed doctors for enforcing her treatment.
She will be tickled again on her foot tied to a chair, and then taken to the stock in a straitjacket.
